Present at our First Time Home Buyer Workshops

Every odd month, we invite a local realtor to present a realtor's role in the home buying process. The realtor then answers questions from an audience of prospective first-time buyers and may distribute business cards and other materials. Realtors are invited to speak even if they have not used the Lawrence Community Housing Trust (LCHT). Attending the workshop would be a great way to familiarize yourself with the LCHT program.

We offer local Lawrence realtors who are concerned about affordable housing the opportunity to support our building efforts financially, while receiving positive publicity! Send us a business card with your donation, and we will display it when we meet with  clients and hold our First Time Home Buyer Workshops. As a donor, you will also be recognized as a sponsor on our website and on a sign at the construction site and in any other press materials highlighting our projects.
