Tenants to Homeowners (TTH) maintains affordable rental homes in Lawrence to those with very low incomes (60% or less than the median income for Lawrence). This includes, but is not limited to, those receiving Section 8 rental assistance from the Lawrence-Douglas County Housing Authority, and those receiving disability compensation. Our goal is to provide low-cost rental housing to help residents eventually move into homeownership.

As of July 2008, we do not have any available rental units. We are always accepting applications, but we do not review them for eligibility until a rental unit becomes available.
