Tenants to Homeowners (TTH) maintains affordable rental homes in Lawrence to those with low incomes (60% or less than the median income for Lawrence). This includes, but is not limited to, those receiving rental assistance from the Lawrence-Douglas County Housing Authority and those receiving disability compensation. Our goal is to provide low-cost rental housing to help residents eventually move into homeownership.

We own rentals are at the following locations: 14th & Prairie, 11th & Rhode Island, and 15th & Haskell. We also manage 20 additional fully accessible rentals that are specifically designated for those with disabilities according to HUD Section 202/8.

Fully completed applications may be e-mailed, faxed, mailed or personally delivered. There is no cost to apply, but we do not consider incomplete applications.
