TTH, Inc, will also build new housing on a now-vacant lot next to the rehabilitation project. Units to be built behind the Douglas County courthouse on 11th and Rhode Island consist of the following plans:

3 bed, 2 bath, 2 story front duplexes

2 bed, 1 bath, 1 story fully accessible back duplexes

3 bed, 2 bath single-family house

*Please remember that grant funding, income guidelines, construction costs are all subject to change. These are our best estimates for future plans but are not guaranteed.

Laura Rehabilitation and Development

1230 Laura, a property located off of 13th and Haskell, will be rehabilitated and another housing unit built beside it. Specific plans are yet to be designed.
